Introduction Application Properties Advantage Of Using Nanotechnology Safety And Package

Concrete is any material or compound that consists of a cementitious adhesive. Concrete is one of the most widely used building materials, the main feature of which is the cheapness and availability of raw materials. One of the most broadly used concrete products is the concrete curb, which is utilized in the field of beautification and urban planning. The concrete curb is often used as a boundary between two different environments and most of their applications are in landscaping. Concrete curbs are produced in two ways: Dry Press and Wet Press.

The concrete used in the production of the curb is usually made of cement, water and aggregates, and various types of additives are used to improve its properties. Admixture in the form of powder or liquid, as one of the components of concrete, is added shortly before mixing or during mixing.

The performance and properties of concrete largely depend on the amount and dimensions of the substructures used such as C-S-H particles, cement gels, and capillaries. Some new materials, such as nanoparticles due to the properties resulting from their very small dimensions, can enhance the properties of concrete, including bending strength and abrasion resistance.

According to the national standard INSO 12728, the compressive strength has been increased by 50% by using nanoparticles in the construction of concrete curbs.

The production line of this company has the possibility of producing curbs in different sizes by dry press method and in two layers, and all curbs have the logo and date of production. In this method, all curbs are steamed after production by the processing system and then packed on pallets and wrapped in nylon.
